Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 300ml coconut milk
- 2 tsp tahini
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a few toasted pumpkin seeds
- a handful of fresh blueberries and a few frozen raspberries
Directions
- Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, tahini, cinnamon and vanilla
- Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes or leave overnight
- Serve with berries and pumpkin seeds
