Scrambled Eggs with Sauted Greens

There is nothing complicated about this nutritious breakfast…


  • 2 -3 eggs,
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • a large handful of your favourite green veggies. I like to use organic kale or spinach
  • sea salt and black pepper to season


  1. Place a large saute pan or frying pan on medium heat and add the olive oil
  2. Add the green veggies and saute for a 3-4 minutes
  3. Add the eggs and scrambled with the veggies
  4. Season and serve
