My background in nutrition began with my own health managing endometriosis through what I ate before the medical world had much to offer. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it means to feel dismissed, and what it actually takes to get to the root cause.

For more than a decade I have worked almost exclusively with women navigating midlife health challenges, from perimenopause to thyroid issues to Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) (formerly known as polycystic ovary syndrom (PCOS)).

2. Your functional tests are arranged

Your three test kits are sent directly to you. Blood draw is arranged at a local clinic. Urine and stool samples are completed at home. Everything is straightforward and fully guided.

3. Results are analysed and your protocol is built

I review all three sets of results together, not in isolation, to build a complete picture of what is happening in your body. Your personalised nutrition plan, supplement protocol, and lifestyle recommendations are prepared specifically for you.

4. Your 12 week programme begins
