Creamy Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

This is a delicious and creamy breakfast smoothie. It contains fibre, healthy fats and protein for a great start to the day

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 a small frozen courgette
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp light tahini
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender
  2. Blend until smooth
