This is a new one for me, quinoa porridge. I tried it for the first time in Bali. This is my version. Quinoa cooked with homemade almond milk and a date to sweeten, topped with cinnamon and grated apple. I have to say it was surprisingly good…a portion of quinoa contains about the same amount of protein as an egg as well as a number of vitamin and minerals including zinc, magnesium and B vitamins. It is high in fibre and may have anti-inflammatory benefits
