Protecting your health means looking at your current diet and lifestyle and assessing where you may need to make some changes
Testing can help with this
I use testing to help to identify the potential underlying cause of symptoms and health issues and to correct imbalances
This can be a quicker way to better health. I make sure I do this once a year.
At the very least, get your blood checked for key health markers. Ask your GP for a health check
