Try this Nutritious Breakfast/Lunch or Dinner Topping

SKIP THE GRANOLA OR CROUTONS AND TRY THIS AS A TOPPING INSTEAD

A mix of ground nuts and seeds like my favourite LSA mix (flaxseeds aka linseeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds)

Use this as a topping for yoghurt, smoothies, soups, and salads or even in baking

LSA adds fibre, additional protein, essential nutrients such as vitamin E and healthy fats without any added sugar

6 heaped tbsp of whole flaxseeds
4 heaped tbsp of sunflower seeds
2 heaped tbsp of almonds

Place the flaxseeds in a small food processor (I use one by @cuisinart) and grind for 2-3 minutes

Add the almonds and sunflower seeds and grind for a further 1-2 minutes

Store in a glass container in the fridge
