8 EVERYDAY WAYS FOR GETTING EXTRA VEGGIES IN YOUR DIET
Because, yes most of us could benefit
Veggies are great for supporting your liver, your hormone health and your general well being
But many of my clients struggle with how to do this
So here are a few ideas of how to put this into practice in real (busy)life
- Make a stir fry with 4-5 types of colourful veggies; red cabbage, bell peppers, broccoli (including the stalks), carrots, cauliflower etc ✅
- Use more fresh herbs like Rosemary, Oregano, Dill, And Thyme ✅
- Add some greens, cauliflower or frozen courgette Into Your Morning Smoothie ✅
- Throw some green olives, celery, green peas or cucumber into a salad ✅
- Add spinach or asparagus into scrambled eggs or an omelette at breakfast ✅
- Make soup with all the veggies left in your fridge at the end of the week ✅
- Serve soup with a side salad for lunch ✅
- Have shredded cabbage or courgette or cauliflower rice instead of rice or pasta ✅
By doing this, you can easily get 6-8 veggies into your diet every day 😀
