Ingredients
- 50g Almonds
- Large handful of fresh parsley leaves
- Large handful of fresh basil leaves
- Juice and zest of 1 medium lemon
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to season
Directions
- Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse until broken into small pieces
- Add all the remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper, and blend to desired consistency
- Season with salt and pepper
