I help women over 40 who are struggling with their health and hormones to feel their best again

My Personal Journey with Perimenopause and Hormonal Health

Experiencing the symptoms of perimenopause firsthand has greatly influenced my understanding of quality of life during this life stage.

In my late forties, I thought I had managed to escape the notorious menopausal symptoms that many women dread. However, a seemingly perfect family holiday very quickly turned into a challenging experience…

What was supposed to be an idyllic summer getaway was marred by hot flushes and night sweats and the trip, became unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Disrupted sleep left me feeling exhausted, irritable, and anxious. My mood plummeted, and I found myself snapping at my family.

This was big wake-up call.. As a nutritionist with years of studying scientific research and supporting women with similar symptoms, I thought I was prepared. I had also struggled with my hormonal health over 25 years earlier with endometriosis and it had taken me a long time to discover what truly helped, and for me, that turned out to be nutrition…

Nutrition and lifestyle changes proved to be key in managing my symptoms once again, allowing me to regain control of my health and my hormones.

If you’re facing similar issues, know that effective relief could be possible for your too, and I’m here to support you on that journey.
