There is nothing complicated about this nutritious breakfast…
Ingredients
- 2 -3 eggs,
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- a large handful of your favourite green veggies. I like to use organic kale or spinach
- sea salt and black pepper to season
Directions
- Place a large saute pan or frying pan on medium heat and add the olive oil
- Add the green veggies and saute for a 3-4 minutes
- Add the eggs and scrambled with the veggies
- Season and serve
