Broccoli sprouts 🌱
These are very small broccoli plants that are full of concentrated nutrients 🥦
They contain a compound called sulforaphane which is found it lots of green leafy vegetables 🥬
Sulforaphane is up to 100 times more concentrated in broccoli sprouts than in fully grown broccoli.
