Healthy Snacks


  • A protein shake made with flavoured protein powder and water
  • An apple or pear with 1 tbsp of nut butter and 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
  • A hard-boiled egg with 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • Celery sticks with 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 50g Hummus with veggies sticks
  • A small handful of nuts/seeds (30g)
  • 20g plain popcorn sprinkled with cinnamon
  • 25g of dark chocolate (minimum 70% cacao) & tsp nut butter
  • 2 gluten-free oatcakes with 2 tsp nut butter
  • 2 rice cakes with 2 tsp of tahini
  • 100g coconut yoghurt or plain Greek yoghurt
  • 100g cooked chicken/prawns/tofu
