This recipe contains around 25g of protein, 25g of fibre plus some healthy fats
It ticks all the boxes for me and keeps me feeling satiated for 4-5 hours
Ingredients
180ml almond, organic soya milk or plant- based milk of your choice
2 frozen kiwi cut into pieces – skin on
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
2 large Cavolo Nero leaves, pulled into pieces and stalks removes
1/4 small avocado
1 portion vanilla protein powder
Method
Whizz all ingredients together in a high speed blender and serve immediately.
Add more liquid for preferred consistency
